Nikkyo: In a recent class, while talking to my aikido students about how
to prepare for the upcoming round of belt tests, I cracked everyone up by
inadvertently discovering that it's very difficult to say "Show the
throw slowly."
Could have been worse - I could have tried for "Flow slowly through the throw."
